This is Vince Rogers with Vince Rogers & Associates, and we're going to talk about how to make customers feel welcome. Businesses that focus on customer's needs are the most likely to be successful. The first way to gain a lifelong loyal customer is to provide a quality product and service that delivers the value that the customer is expecting. You need to have a customer feedback system in place that provides you with positive and negative feedback from customers. As soon as you've identified a negative customer experience, you should go out of your way to make things right as soon as possible. You should also reward satisfied customers. Satisfied customers can be rewarded with as little as a thank you letter, or a rebate, or a discount. Your goal in gaining a satisfied customer is to convert them into a brand ambassador. A brand ambassador will go out and tell their friends and family about your product, and thus, amplify your marketing efforts. I'm Vince Rogers, and that's how to make a customer feel welcome.
